Our topic is about protein. I want to share all fundamental knowledge about protein I know so far. So let come to the first common question about protein.

- What’s the protein? - Protein is basically a large, complex molecule that plays a major role in living life. A protein made up thousands of smaller units, amino acids. There are 20 different types of amino acids to make up a protein.
- Where do we get protein from?- Protein is found in many kinds of foods such as meat, fish, poultry, legumes, eggs, milk, etc... It always shows up in your daily diet.
- Why do we need protein? - Protein is the key to maintain your cell in good shape and keep your body healthy. The protein made up of a chain of 20 different amino acids, which means you need plenty amount of it to keep your body functioning healthily.
Protein helps to build and repair your tissue. Your blood cell also needs Protein to carry Oxygen to the body and supply the major nutrients needed.
Digestion, Proteins are consumed in daily intake will contribute to creating an enzyme, which aids in digesting food, replacing old and making new cells, creating body chemicals.
Protein also plays a major role in hormones regulation in our bodies.
To me, the protein’s really important because I’m an athlete. I work out and play sports. I do need even double protein intake compared to a normal person without playing sport, activity. Speeding and Recovery after exercise, Reducing muscle loss, Build up your healthy muscle, maint your weight, and keep you away from being hungry all the time. There’re many and many of the information about the protein. My knowledge is at an average level. If I keep digging into a single molecule, I completely blind without education. I’m excited to learn more about it from everyone.
